This is a great mix. KataKata means hot in Fiji the ingredients make it wonderfully complex and balanced but definitely will bring a sweat. This was the curry mix I developed and subsequently used when I went on the fIist series of MasterChef. It was a milder version but the flavour profile is the same just the heat varies. Works beautifully whether it is meat fish poultry or vegetarian. It is cracking with fish and I will make available the recipe for dry fish curry. Spice mixes are available in 150g and 50g all are made with pure spice and no fillers or anti caking agents, So if you see a lump or two don't panic it is natural. They are also Gluten Free
