This is a great mix. It has a bite but is a party in your mouth and smoky.
Simply add to chicken pork fish etc in a pan and you will get a very balanced meal. It has a length on the palate and complexity in flavour.
The 35g should be enough for about 500g protein. Just put in pan let the meat release any fat (or ad some) and add the spice and I love it served with beautiful tomatoe adn chopped herbs and also keen on the Spiced lemon as a garnish.
Spice mixes are available in 150g and 50g all are made with pure spice and no fillers or anti caking agents, So if you see a lump or two don't panic it is natural. They are also Gluten Free
