With single source unwaxed fruit direct from the grower it's as pure as possible. Perfectly balanced it will tantalise your taste buds and awaken your palate. Enjoy in cocktails, spritzers, as a glaze on lamb, fish, pork and vegetables. I use it in amazing pate. Drizzle on your pizza balanced with a bit of chili. Use in a sauce. E.G. deglaze a pan with some dry white wine, add a knob of butter and a splash of the Citron de Sirop for an easy sauce that lifts a dish.
